At Cosy, we strive to make every space feel welcoming and comfortable! Combining the unique practices of Reiki with our passion for interior design, styling, staging and organising, we work with you to create a space that is both functional and reflects your unique style or, at times, to keep it neutral when you would want to rent or sell a property. Our personalised services include home staging, styling, organising, furniture placement, de-cluttering, energy cleansing and much more, all geared toward creating a space that makes you or anyone who enters it feel great!

Hi, I’m Petya Marina Dip ID. As an Interior Designer from the UK Institute of Interior Design, 2002 and a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner Level I, II and III from the Reiki Healing Association, UK 2024, also completed Reiki Level I, II 2023 and Teate Reiki in Sofia 2024, I got the idea to combine the two and offer a unique service to truly elevate not only the look of your property but its energy too by cleansing negative and facilitating the flow of positive using Reiki.
Since positive and negative energy matter a lot, for the way we feel in a space, it is paramount to maintain balance. Our Reiki-infused services will clean negative energy from any space, help the flow of positive one and protect you, your home and your family from the negative effect of stagnant energy and negative energy attacks!

My practical experience with properties dates back to 1999 with the renovation of my properties in London, UK and later in Spain (2003). When the moment to sell them came they found their buyers quickly, which made me analyse the reason why…

I wholeheartedly wish you the same results and we are here to help you repeat it. Our Cosy Team aims to assist property owners, developers, real estate agents, holiday home owners and landlords to maximise their property’s potential and sell or rent them fast.
 
Personal experience and statistic figures show that Property Staging and Styling help us maximise a property’s appeal and value, but now, for the first time in history, you will be able to improve and uplift any space with a positive flow of Reiki energy. You won’t hear potential buyers or tenants comment anymore, “This place drains me”, “This place gives me a strange vibe” and so on, but instead expect to hear, ”This place has lovely energy!”, “This place makes me feel great!”
